An absolute must for desert travel enthusiasts. Some villages are similar to the kasbahs of Morocco, and the desert has a beauty comparable to that of the Sahara. Not yet discovered by many tourists.

You take an adventurous trip through the Dasht-e Kavir (salt) and the Dasht-e Lut (kalout) desert, the two great deserts of Iran. From Tehran you travel through beautiful mud-brick trading cities on the edge of the desert slowly into the Dasht-e Kavir desert, where you spend the night in small oasis villages near imposing sand dunes. The peace, the space, the silence is a wonderful experience for the adventurous traveler!

You travel from the salt desert into the next desert. Suddenly unique rock formations (the kalouts) emerge in the desert, a fantastic sight at sunset and sunrise.

In the region near Kerman you can visit this pleasant town and the nearby citadels of Bam and Rayen. In Mahan you spend the night in the beautiful princely garden Bagh-e Shazdeh. Then you travel to Yazd, with its beautiful old mud center, badgirs and beautiful mosques.
You will travel back to Tehran via the oasis town of Kashan and its famous houses.
